- Water Moratorium and Water Rights Transfer update– the DOE has approved our application and it was posted publicly for appeal on August 5th, 2019. The DOE informed the District today that the appeal process will end on Sep 13th, 2019. Due to this extension/timing I recommend that the Commissioners discuss a water moratorium extension until Sep 20th. I suggest that the District schedule a special meeting on Sep 16th, 2019 to review and vote on Resolution 2019-17 lifting the water moratorium.
- I would like to personally apologize for the confusion and the moratorium extending for one week while we wait on the DOE process. I believe that it will end on Sep 16th and that the District will be able to allocate 150 ERU’s for sale to the public. GM Tom Hastings
