How to Get Started
Go to http://www.snopass.orq and click on the Pay Online button to access the payment portal.
Click on Register Now to create an account or click on Pay Now to make a one time payment.
Enter your information and select the invoice you’d like to pay. Add it to your cart or click the option to register.
Follow the steps to complete your payment. You may also choose to go paperless and sign up for pay by text during this time.
May 3, 2019 the new Invoice Cloud Payment Portal is live. Click the “Pay My Bill” and follow the instructions.
The current payment portal being shut down on April 30, 2019. The new payment portal will be up soon.
Paper bills will be mailed to ALL customers on May 1 with directions on how to create a new account and choose your payment options etc.
As of March 29th we are still working on the data migration. This new payment option should begin the first part of April. More info to follow.
The current payment portal using VANCO will be shut down April 1, 2019.
Customer will then be directed to Invoice Cloud to set up a new account and payment method.
The new electronic pay system is called Invoice Cloud.
It is customer friendly and will let you choose several payment methods including credit card (one time or recurring), bank EFT (one time or recurring), pay by text, and pay by voice.
Landlords will need to create an account for their property and share this info with their tenants.
The District does not issue tenants account numbers.
Ultimately the landlord is responsible to ensure payment is made.
The District is not responsible for sending a utility bill to tenants.
