The District is pleased to announce that ALL applications that were received have been processed and that the District has sufficient water supply and related ERU’s to satisfy ALL applications. Therefore, no further allocation process is required because the total of the requests made were for less than the 150 ERU’s available. The District received 38 applications for a total of 63.13 ERU requests for 4.10 multi-family ERU’s, 9.03 commercial ERU’s, and 50 single family ERU’s.
The District is in the process of invoicing the successful applicants for the payment of required fees and connection charges. The District will start accepting payments on October 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm. All required payments must be received by the District by 1:00 p.m. on November 6, 2019. Late payments will not be accepted.
The District plans to hold the next allocation of available ERU’s in the spring of 2020, but reserves the right to cancel or postpone future allocations. The District will be monitoring water usage closely and making system repairs as needed. Water conservation is the key to the availability of additional water availability in 2020.
