On August 1, 2023 the District began a software program update on all customer water meters. This update is scheduled to be completed by Aug 31st. The program is updating the meter to read in 1 cu ft intervals instead of 100 cu ft intervals. This update will be good as the customer will be able to read their usage in smaller increments. This will help the customer catch a leak much sooner and conserve water and save money.
During the transition the readings will look odd, and you will likely receive a high usage alert. Please do take all alerts seriously, but if you believe the alert to be erroneous, please do contact the District at 425-434-6600 or customercare@snopass.org so the staff can investigate.
